I have tried one or two new recipes every week. Cooking is a passion so it has kept my interest and I have been able to lose the weight by doing something I love. The recipes are portion controlled and use healthy foods. I feel healthier and in control

I have a home but now I am being told several people felt it is there's. More than welcome to come and visit anytime. I love company and doing for people so nothing brothers me. Always make people feel welcomed in your home. Spread the love around.
I will be the me I want to be ! Healthier and able to enjoy all the things I love and miss doing: Hiking, Canoeing, Riding Roller Coasters, Ice-Skating and tobbagoning, etc..Food will not control me ! I will not drown lonliness and sorrows in a bag of chips and milkshakes any longer ! I will never hear anyone from my past say to me "You used to be so healthy and beautiful...."
