The other day I found a recipe idea, don't remember where but I tried it today and it was great! Instead of using spaghetti squash use zucchini squash. It was suggested to cut it in thin strips before cooking it, don't cook it too long. I could not tell the difference in taste. The next time I plan to cut it in small cubes, I think it will work out better. I used 3 squash from the store but next time I will probably use 4, maybe 5 for the amount of sauce I had.
