Plan It All In The Morning

I find that choosing all of my food for the day right away in the morning keeps it all under control. When I'm looking for something to snack on, all I need to do is check my planner and see what's left for the day. When it's time to make dinner, I'm not spending time trying to make a decision.

Sometimes it takes longer than other times but it also ensures that all my nutritional needs are covered.

    During the work week I plan my lunch and snacks the night before. I get things ready so all I have to do in the morning is grab the selected (already packaged up) items, and run out the door!
