I drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day realized i do not feel bloated or constipated helps with digestion of food. I do not drink freezing water i find it easier to fill ice into the water bottle and then boiling water to bring it to a chilled almost room temperature. on days when i cannot drink one more glass, i add MiO to my water or slices of lime/lemon
i bought a 32oz bottle and before i leave the house fill up a 16oz glass that i use to drink all my vitamins. I keep the bottle at work so i drink water thoughout the day as well as at lunch. with dinner i have another 16ozs of water thus making my quota for the day.

My tried and true trick to meet my water quota is to start my day with a glass of water and before long, nature calls, and I 'll have to "go". As soon as I'm done in the bathroom, I'll drink another glass, and the cycle continues. If you drink everytime you "pee", you'll have no problem.
