I plan ahead with meals as much as possible and I always try to put them into the nutrition tracker in the morning before I have lunch and dinner. This way I can see what I'm lacking and may need to add in and what I'm getting too much of and need to cut out. This is especially helpful for me with eating out. I'll look up a restaurants nutrition facts and if I can't afford that many calories today I move on to another place and plan ahead that way.

When looking at the big picture, we all know that how we finish is more important than where we start. Many successful people started out in life with the odds against them, & came through winners. They didnít let their starting situation determine their final outcome. Think about itÖthis same philosophy can apply to everything we do.
When working towards goals, forget that you may have started out at a disadvantage, met hurdles or made mistakes along the way. Move past the past! Donít get discouraged. Donít blame your past!
Stop looking back & start looking forward. Then, you will move ahead in leaps & bounds.
Today is my birthday and that makes it a perfect day to reflect. We need to take the time to thoughtfully look at our own condition on a regular basis. This isn't a time to chastise ourselves, but a time to take note of everything that we are doing right and everything that we are doing better. there is nothing more motivating than success--and we are all doing some things right. As is true with any learning, we start where we are at and we scaffold new learning and achievements. Celebrate!
Look at what you are eating and drinking. Look at any changes in activity and fitness. Look at your habits and hobbies. Look at your moods and attitudes. Look at your health. Look at your clothing. Look at what has become new and improved habits. Oh yeah, you can look at the scale too.193
