Rethread the beads of a broken necklace. Slide beads onto a piece of floss one by one, leaving a few extra inches of loose string. Tie the ends to the jewelry findings from the original necklace and knot several times.

Nighttime seems to be when I "undo" all of my good work for the day. So now I immediately brush my teeth and floss so I get my choppers all nice and clean. With fresh, minty breath I don't want to eat something and ruin in all. Plus the minty taste will usually interfere with my sweet cravings. Not a good mix.

To keep from snacking during a movie, watching TV or as a passenger in a long car ride, I grab a dental flosser (a plastic stick with dental floss) and floss my teeth very slowly. It keeps me occupied and therefore avoids reaching for more popcorn, chips, etc.
