When dining at a restaurant, I just have to hold on to my will power long enough to blurt out my healthy order. After that, I don't have to struggle with how much I eat or what I eat. Once I have ordered the right thing, it is done.

Look up the calories for your favorite restaurants before going out. I write down the lowest calorie meals in a little notebook I keep in my purse. That way I know what to order before I get to the restaurant, and my will power doesn't break down as I "browse" the menu!
