Drinking celery juice before meals helps suppress appetite.
Low in calories &carbs, celery also helps in the clearing of uric acid from painful joints. Add to stews, in salads, in soups, in cocktail drinks like Bloody Mary's or Virgin Mary's. As a snack try celery and peanut butter or a slather of cream cheese.Celery holds a high nutritional value, so experiment with celery.   • While celery is good for helping to lower blood pressure in "regular" people in part due to a chemical in celery that dilates blood vessels, make sure that you are not sodium sensitive as celery is very high in sodium and can trigger spikes in blood pressure if you have to much. - by KELLYAM42
