Quite by accident, one stressed day I bit into dark chocolate and had my best workout ever up to that point. On many different occasions I confirmed that Dark chocolate gives an amazing boost for the best cardio workout ever! 25g of 60-70% cocoa dark chocolate and I can work at 70% MHR for an hour!

A trainer confirmed that it is used by a few athletes.

    This is so true! I have a small piece of nice 70% dark in my drawer, when I lose energy in the afternoon I use that to help me out. Thanks!
