Dark Chocolate



Quite by accident, one stressed day I bit into dark chocolate and had my best workout ever up to that point. On many different occasions I confirmed that Dark chocolate gives an amazing boost for the best cardio workout ever! 25g of 60-70% cocoa dark chocolate and I can work at 70% MHR for an hour!
