set a weekly goal, a realistic goal. I started my week on monday 7/12 weighing in at 181lbs. and my goal was to weigh in at 175lbs. by the following monday 7/19. ITS NOT MONDAY YET AND I'M AT 175.2LBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SUPER EXCITED!! 243
I work nights and weigh in every Monday morning before breakfast. I'm off every Sunday usually. When I pick up Sunday night and weigh in I usually will have gained 1#. If I weigh in next day after sleeping all night I will be down 1/2 to 1#.24
