When i get hungry, i usually crave savoury/sweet things, like pork pies/pork & egg pork pies/ quiches, chocolate/ice cream/choc ices, i alwys turn to my stopping cravings at bay weapon breadsticks, i have 5 of these, & all my cravings stop
I have 5 breadsticks, they are only 25 calories a stick, (morrisons value range) & all my naughty cravings disappear (see above description)

i use altoids and raw almonds to avoid bad snack attacks. If I have a craving sucking on an altoid and like brushing teeth it stops tastes from being pleasant. Almonds a small hand full keeps my appetite at bay
Focus on the sensations exploding in your mouth by eating mindfully. Fix a nice place for yourself at the table. Make your food look beautiful. No TV. No computers or video games. No books. Be fully present with each bite. You will feel satisfied as you feed your hunger, not your appetite.
