To keep with my healthy program, I had to concede that this was a lifestyle change49 I've had to put away the four letter word, diet. It's not a diet-it's permanent. It's about me making good choices so that I'll live a healthier life and hopefully be around to see my grandchildren grow up. Part I: watch what I eat; stop eating junk! Part II: Exercise at least 5 days a week. Part III: If I have a setback, don't sweat it; get up dust off my pants and get back on the horse!
