So many people struggle with having any TIME. Myself included. Working long hours, cooking/cleaning, actually getting sleep, struggling with fitting in exercise... So, my reward and my motivation is... TIME!
If you can do it, take TIME off of work for every 5 lbs you lose! - hopefully you have a supportive environment and can afford to do so. So take a half day or full day the next time you hit a milestone! Reward & regroup - even the company benefits from a healthier, happier, refreshed you!
