So many people struggle with having any TIME. Myself included. Working long hours, cooking/cleaning, actually getting sleep, struggling with fitting in exercise... So, my reward and my motivation is... TIME!
If you can do it, take TIME off of work for every 5 lbs you lose! - hopefully you have a supportive environment and can afford to do so. So take a half day or full day the next time you hit a milestone! Reward & regroup - even the company benefits from a healthier, happier, refreshed you!

Set realistic and achievable exercise goals and reward yourself for meeting those goals. Having short and long term goals is a powerful motivating tool.
A daily or weekly goal helps get you moving when you don't feel like it (e.g., "I will walk at least 30 minutes 4 times a week"). A long term goal keeps your eyes on the prize (e.g. "I will complete a 5K walk in 6 months). Reward yourself each time you meet one of your goals.
