I have a bad habit of eating after dinner even if I'm not hungry. Lately I have been telling myself that I will wait and have that late night snack tomorrow. When tomorrow comes I have forgotten about the snack or either no longer have a desire for it.

I have a new after dinner dessert: 5 prunes! They are sweet and I need to eat them for constipation. Now that I know I am allergic to milk, I can't eat no sugar, low fat ice cream. I used to gobble down the prunes in the morning. Now I relish them and eat them slowly after dinner. Any fruit will do . . . good luck.

i feel what you are saying. i always eat after dinner because when i get hungry i eat but i have been trying to just drink water after dinner to keep me full.

I'm actually at the point of acknowledging this little demon and telling it to go away, I feel more in control of what's goin in this way ...not quite strong enough yet to just tell myself to wait till tomorrow, I am looking forward to being able to do this ..in the meantime it is this for me!
