I've started entereing recipes I try and like into the SP Recipe Builder right away, along with any notes from my cooking experience. That way I know I can find the recipe again AND it's simple to add it to my food tracker moving forward :)

I love the recipe calculator. It's such an easy way to see what my body gets out of what goes into my dishes.
I love adapting recipes to be healthier and then posting the results on here! Everybody can cook if they try a bit and the results are delicious!

Each week I make fresh batches of healthy tuna salad and vegetable soup. I also have lots of fresh fruit, cut vegies and healthy crunchy snacks around. I'm more likely to choose healthy lunch f ood if there is a variety of prepared, easy options available for me to "grab and go." (see recipe links)

If my husband and I are in the mood for ice cream we take a frozen banana and throw it in a blender with a little bit of milk and some vanilla or almond extract.
