I'm loving the new frying pan I bought recently. It has the hard ceramic coating called "green" because it does not emit toxins when heated to a high heat as do other non-stick pans.
It requires little if any oil or cooking spray, and NOTHING STICKS. Things brown appetizingly, and washing up is like a quick wash of a plate or bowl. No trouble with clean up; just the fun of cooking. I bought it at TJMaxx, and it was only $8.99!
