I'm loving the new frying pan I bought recently. It has the hard ceramic coating called "green" because it does not emit toxins when heated to a high heat as do other non-stick pans.
MORE INFORMATION:
It requires little if any oil or cooking spray, and NOTHING STICKS. Things brown appetizingly, and washing up is like a quick wash of a plate or bowl. No trouble with clean up; just the fun of cooking. I bought it at TJMaxx, and it was only $8.99!

Very cool! They're affordable & good for us too. I'm going to have to look for them this weekend.

Stir Fry - Yummy and Low Calorie
One of my greatest weight loss secrets is cooking stir fry. Stir fry is simple to prepare, you can use almost any foods, and is generally very low calorie.
Spray a Wok with cooking spray (about 15 calories to coat a medium pan), toss in all the veggies you want (onions, peppers, zuccini, broccoli, really anything), add some lean meat (beef, chicken, pork) and stir, stir, stir.
You can add garlic, soy sause, a bit of bbq sauce, etc. for flavor if you want!!
Use one of the new healthy oils sold in spray bottles to coat your pans for low fat cooking. A brief spray contains less than a single calorie, and works better than a thick layer of regualar oil. Spray coats the pan evenly to prevent burning and help crisping
