One Brazil Nut each day provides you with your daily value of selenium, which research has suggested can reduce the risk of many cancers and reduce heart disease. Other minerals include copper, magnesium, manganese, potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, and zinc. They are also a good source of Vitamin E.
Try to eat the raw ones, and limit your intake to 1 or 2 since excess consumption may result in selenium toxicity. I add it to a handful of cashews & walnuts.

Hooray for dark chocolate! Eating about 30 calories a day of dark chocolate — that's about half an ounce — was shown to help lower blood pressure without weight gain or other adverse effects, according to a study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA).
Dark Chocolate is good for you..get Hershey's sugar free..eat one piece a day
I found by eating in a salad plate rather than a regular plate I am eating smaller portions and I drink a glass of water which makes me full therefore causing me not to want to eat more than I should. When I am done eating I don't feel stuffed and miserable, rather I am satisfied and very happy.
Some of my favorite things to eat are fruits, vegetables and nuts.
