Get out all of the ingredients on to the counter top. Read the recipe through. if you need to use anything "Divided" put the right amounts in small containers aside and put the ingredient back on you shelf. As you add each ingredient to your mix remove the ingredient container back to the shelf or to another counter. That way if the phone rings you will know if it is in or not. If you are interrupted just carry the ingredient container with you. That way you know you have not added it yet.

Ever baked something tasty, only to realize too late you forgot an important ingredient?
Organize all your ingedients on the counter *in the order they will be used in the recipe*. Then as you measure and add items, put the container away. If there is anything left on the counter, it's immediately apparent that you forgot it! This also helps you make sure you have all the ingredients before you start!
Ingredients: Spark People, Strength training, Cardio, Blogging, Goals, Setbacks (yes, everyone has them). Directions: Mix all ingredients and allow them time to blend together. Set oven temperature for fat burning. Place on a baking sheet and spread all ingredients evenly until it's ready. Once it has baked (time varies depending on altitude and climate) remove from the oven and examine. Add new goals and continue baking. Share with a friend. Enjoy!
I reached my goal (actually past my goal weight) today. I wrote a blog about it and thought of this recipe for success (with more detail in the blog)
I love to bake from scratch for my family on vacation. It's cumbersome to take ingredients along so I combine the dry ingredients in zip lock baggies before I go. On the outside of the bag, I write the wet ingredients that need to be added and the temp and time on the bag so I can bake for my family when we are on vacation.
Today I put oats, flour, brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon in a ziplock, on the front I put "crisp", add butter/margine. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. I also do this with muffins, cookies, quick breads, etc. It's also really, really fast to bake!
