Marinate And Defrost All In One

When I get a "family-size" container of meat from the store, I separate into "recipe-size" freezer ziplock bags and I put the marinade sauce in with it. Stick it in the freezer and when it's time to defrost, it's well marinated by cooking time.

    i never remember to marinate until its too late so this is a great idea. since my marinate goes on right before cooking & doesn't get to do its job as great as could. - by CATHY1980
