Drinking water is usually avoided because it can be just plain boring. Jazz it up with a calorie/sugar free mixer like Crystal Light and put it on ice or chill it in the fridge and you'll see that it is so much easier to down it that way! I drink mine in a big ole mug with a straw! It makes it a little more exciting to get in that needed water everyday! :)

    I like adding fruit to my water. Right now, I am loving frozen raspberries and lemon. I also like to add orange and lime slices.

    I like to put it in a martini glass with a cherry! Especially sparkling water!
