My pep talks start in prayer as soon as I way. Then in the shower and through the day I have at least 3 of those 5 minute conversations to continually give me the motivation I need to keep going and know that I can do this.

Print out and cut up the SP monthly calendar. Put into a small box on the table and use for your dinner conversation game. Draw a "card" and start the conversation going around the table. (These games sell for a price and yours is free and healthy.)
Since I discovered the Power of 10, I've started answering the phone on my way to the elliptical. Usually, I'm so focused on the conversation that I don't even notice the time pass. . . Sometimes the call lasts less than 10 minutes but more often it is longer.

If you don't have an elliptical - you can still MOVE IT any way you can . . . walk around your living room or office; do crunches or leg lifts while sitting in your chair. SparkPeople has a ton of short exercise videos and articles to use as guides.
Whenever someone calls me on the phone, instead of sitting and talking, I walk around my apartment while I'm talking. This morning, someone kept me forty-five minutes on the phone 128 and at the end of the conversation, I looked at my pedometer and it marked over 2000 steps. Not fast ones of course, but it does beat sitting in my couch! 334
