So many of us read, watch TV or text during exercise; and, if you think about it, it's not a good thing. If we distract ourselves, though it helps pass the time, we might not be putting 100% effort into the activity. Listening to music can be more motivating, as you move to the beat. If music isn't your thing, just concentrate on giving every step you walk, or every weight you lift your full attention. Full attention and effort isn't easy, but the rewards will be great.
