The more active your are the more successful you will be.
I've read in article here that there is a direct connection between how active you are on Sparkpeople and how successfull you will be. (Not sure what article it was.)
Since the more active you are on Sparkpeople--the more successful you will be...Become active! Get involved in teams, add friends, post on forum and message boards, post blogs, track your food and fitness, read success stories and articles. If you want to be successful, be active!
When you are on the phone/computer, watching TV, driving, or any other activity do stomach and butt kegels. I use TV commercials as a reminder to do them. Start with 20-30, then increase to whatever level you feel comfortable with. I do 50-75 every commercial in the evening.
I am less active from Jan-March and I find this a great way to firm up the muscles which in turn burns more calories
