Tea and coffee may protect your brain. Those who sipped as little as half a cup of coffee or tea a day were 34% less likely to develop brain cancer later in life than those who didn't, according to a study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. High levels of antioxidants in these drinks may help prevent cancer cells from forming in the brain, scientist say.

Go Vote! Dont let Obama Care be repealed....why....
Obama Care saved me a fortune this year...almost $5,000 and my insurance premiums went down! Coverage for preventative care such as colonoscopies, mammograms, blood presure and diabetes screenings have been greatly expanded...some more affordable, some free. I am Voting for Obama, I see other things getting better too! Besides I dont want the Romney/Ryan ticket to take away a women's right to choose or for some not being able to go to planned parenthood....for pap smears, mammograms & more.
When a recipe calls for several different spices, I find it is best to mix the spices together in a very small bowl before adding to recipe. Allows for consistent coverage of foods. There are certain combinations of spices that I use frequently. I have these premixed in their own spice jars.
