Tea and coffee may protect your brain. Those who sipped as little as half a cup of coffee or tea a day were 34% less likely to develop brain cancer later in life than those who didn't, according to a study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. High levels of antioxidants in these drinks may help prevent cancer cells from forming in the brain, scientist say.

    There are also VERY HIGH level of antioxidants in things that are not stimulants, like berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries...).
