I have found that listening to you body and eating only when your hungry and then stopping when the hunger is gone is the best way to loose weight despite the amount of calories you are suppose to take in. as long as all the food you eat is very healthy and whole. No junk food.
My mind has held sway over what my body needs. When I listen to my body, it craves veggies, fruits, protein, and whole grains. When I listen to my mind, it craves junk. I've started listening to my body, and my reward is more energy and SPARK! 224
If you are feeling run down or ill (as I was these past 2 days) listen to your body and REST! Just because you have to take a few extra rest days doesn't mean you've failed at your goals or that you are lazy, you body is telling you what it needs. Listen to your body and it will pay you back working harder and better than before when you do get back to working out :)
