Scale numbers that jump up or remain the same week after week discouraging? Print out SparkPeople Printable Measuring tape. Cut & Cover with tape. Using “Sharpie” “dot” body part measurements on tape. Date at top. A visual! My body IS CHANGING! emoticon

Use 4 different colored Sharpies. Label each dot Waist Hips Thigh Arm in corresponding color. Use same color for each body part monthly. Tack to motivational saying on wall - beside treadmill. emoticon emoticon
