Think you have no time to exercise? Use those minutes you spend just standing. Sometimes when there is a minute left on the timer when I am cooking something, I'll use that minute to do jumping jacks, squats, high knees, etc.
Taking advantage of those idle moments can add up to some time that you are moving.
Shop at places like Costco and Sam's & you'll save money, right? Maybe so, maybe not. How long will it take you to eat a case of baked beans and how will you feel about another can of baked beans before you'll EVER buy another can. Don't buy bulk in fruits, vegetables. 90% of the time you will find yourself throwing away the savings. Unless you have a large freezer available, taking advantage of one type of frozen vegetable or meat will have you going to a fast food place before you eat another
boneless, skinless chicken breast.
My DW and I have found that taking a friend to Costco gives us the savings and splitting the "bounty" gives us plenty of variety.
I notice the more water I drink the more weight I lose. Ever since my gall bladder surgery my appetite went way down. So I took advantage of it and decided since I couldn't drink alot of pop anyway I have been drinking more and more water. I keep losing weight and the appetite has stayed the same.
