I love making any recipe I can a healthier version. I just replace the not so heathy ingredients with healthy ones. To me, it's a challenge and it's fun to see just how healthy I can make something and just how great it tastes when I'm done!!

When cooking healthy foods, cook enough for a few days. That way it becomes just as easy to grab something healthy as it does something not so healthy and you'll be more likely to choose the healthy stuff.
