Coupon Binders aren't for me. Folding coupons to fit the right way takes forever and I destroy my cuticles getting them in and out of baseball sleeves. Instead, I use a makeup case/bag...the HUGE ones Lancome, EL and Clinique put out during summer. The largest one I have holds hundreds of coupons (plus store policies and price lists). Just make sure you make a bunch of sections so you can find things quickly. It must have 2 zippers, otherwise it can open and spill. And they fit the cart seat!

I've really become an avid coupon clipper within the last six months. I buy the local Sunday papers, all three. It gives us good reading material as well as a variety of coupons. I do NOT buy coupons online. Why? Well, I ask those members of our family & my friends for the coupons they do not use. I print off coupons for free online. I've found that by buying what I need while using a coupon I have gotten my family more items for less money.
I keep all of my coupons in a binder, organized by the sections of the store. I also print out copies of the coupon policies for each of the stores I go to. These are in plastic sleeves in the back of my coupon binder. Just in case I need to show a cashier.
As an avid couponer, when I come across a coupon for frozen veggies, I try to get as many coupons as I can and keep my eyes open for sales so I can stock up for the future! Also, when there are rice coupons, I look for the smallest package that my coupon will allow me to use and buy mulitiple bags with coupons.
