I am currently spending one day on the weekend planning the full week ahead for meals. I record this on my Spark Daily Nutrition so that each day it has already been done for me. When I open up my Spark for the day, not only is my menu there so it takes out the guess work but my points are recorded. It's one less thing to do on an already tight time budget.
I use Spark's daily nutrition report. So after I've finished logging my food for the day, and I'm within my calorie range, I run the report. Then if I get an urge to snack later in the night, I tell myself, "You can't do that, you've already run your report, and you don't want to mess up the results." I know it's just kind of a mind trick, but it works for me!
