When you push and push for your work outs and maintain your calories, usually at the low end, and the weight loss stalls...what then? Eat more! One or two days a week, not consecutive, go over the calories for the day.

    wow, this is so true, know from experience, I wasn't eating enough to lose the weight, once I started eating a little bit more, the pounds started coming off one at a time, please make sure you eat enough!! good, healthy foods.

    This definitely works! Each week take a meal "off" and eat whatever you like...it fakes out your brain and keeps metabolism from shutting down!
