Sometimes its just too hard to fight with my kids about eating healthy but I know in order for me to reach my goal I have to stay on track. So I buy easy things for them like Spaghetti O's and other soups they love as well as lots of cereals and oatmeals that are so easy even they can make it. If I want something healthy and know I'll have to cook them something else i just heat up some hotdogs or mac n'chees for them and then I have my quick chicken salad. It all works out and w/o too much work
Frozen Pizzas for them are great idea [and quick & easy for me] but when I have time I get them to make a homemade light version with me. they have lots of fun b/c they can make it themselves and so do I b/c I know we're all eating healthy!
