Whenever I feel I don't want to exercise I think to myself, I'll just do it for 10 minutes. Sometimes after 10 minutes I keep going and sometimes I quit, but still, 10 minutes is better than no exercise at all.

    I've heard this a million times, but I just recently implemented it myself. I'm on vacation now and I've still been able to get in at least 10 minutes every day. It really does work.

    I completely agree. Sometimes that 10 minutes is what you need to get your butt back in gear.
