I you struggle with taking weight off; get a picture of how you would like to look. Then put that picture somewhere so you can be seen. Each week give yourself a goal of 1-2 lbs. and look at that picture. Then tell yourself that you will look like this. You will get to your goal one day at a time; one pound at a time!!

Ignore the negative...and all the thoughts in your head!
I have depression and because of that, find it very difficult to get motivated and stay positive about exercising. Almost every time I want to start exercising, I get thoughts like " what's the point?" or I just start thinking about how uncomfortable/painful it will be, which makes me not want to even try... The secret I have to share is simple: just do it! DON'T THINK ABOUT IT because you are likely to talk yourself out of it. Instead, just get up, turn on your exercise video and get to it!!
Before you know it you'll be done and feeling oh so proud of yourself :D
