I add a scoop of protein powder to the milk for my cereal. It helps me to not get hungry mid-morning.

  • This might sound strange but I was trying to figure out how to get more protein in too. Today I added it to my coffee because it wouldn't have tasted good in my omlet. It worked. Keep being creative. - by ADANKS
