Motivational, upbeat music keeps me going when I'm working out. I have a playlist on my ipod, when I start my workouts I hit shuffle and off I go, really helps keep me on track!! :)
I have made a cd with a bunch of fun and up beat music and the faster the music, the faster I go. I have found that I go longer when the music is fast. It keeps me wanting to go to the end of the cd. 224
