    Me too,I am a Morning person, that is when I have all my energy and I can do as much as Three Hours of Exercise,and after that I feel so Good. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I EXCERISE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING ALSO. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER; IT'S LIKE IT GIVES ME MORE ENERGY THOUGHOUT THE DAY. OH YEAH !!!!!!!!! emoticon
