    Dairy products also cause inflammation and eliminating them from your diet and greatly reduce inflammation that you can see and feel in your joints and inflammation in other places that you can't see or feel like your heart.

    I am suffering pain in my shoulder and back, I am going to try the vitamin c twice a day and see how it works.
