Workout in the morning
Get up an hour early and get moving. You can go to the gym or go for a run...whatever suits you. Try to prep anything you need the night before (pack your gym bag, organize the clothes you're wearing the following day, put out a quick morning snack).

In the morning my only reason for not going to the gym is sleeping in - only one. In the evenings I can come up with at least 5 - work late, tired, hungry, crowded gym, favorite tv shows. If you remind yourself of that when the alarm clock goes off its a lot easier to get going before the sun rises.
I used to have a big motivation when it came to going to the gym. The biggest excuse was forgetting workout clothes or not having time to workout. So, I have starting packing my gym bag each evening right after I get home from work. I also went through my day and picked the best time to meet my husband at the gym. If a meeting comes up I pick another time to go to the gym.
