As an avid couponer, when I come across a coupon for frozen veggies, I try to get as many coupons as I can and keep my eyes open for sales so I can stock up for the future! Also, when there are rice coupons, I look for the smallest package that my coupon will allow me to use and buy mulitiple bags with coupons.

I have found a new way to curb snacking and mindless carb over intake, I have started clipping coupons and challenging myself to see how much I can save on my trips to the grocery stores,. I recently watched a program about extreme couponing and the man bought $5700.00 worth of goods for under $150.00. So I set out to beat my all time goal, at one point when I was couponing I bought 567.00 worth of groceries and paid 189.00 for them. It does take time to dedicate to gathering the coupons but it
gathering the coupons, which is where the mindless snacking gets cut out because I will not eat at my computer so I get so wrapped up in doing my coupon sites that I don't snack, and when I do snack it's something healthy that I bought with a coupon.
being a realtor I have access to some neat couponing deals for my customers...one of the biggest I do for every one of my clients is the "Entertainment" coupon book for most larger cities, I've been using them for over 10 years and have kept trac each year...$512 average each year!
