This Sparked Me!

I lost 40 lbs eating at a buffet everyday!!! I weighed 286 lbs at the time and had been a truck driver for 15 yrs. I knew I had to change so I made some simple rules for my diet.
1)Eat until I am full. 2)cut all my meat portions by half. 3)eat all the live food you want.(vegetables) 4) the food you eat must be able to be eaten with your fingers and leave no mess except water. This allows you to get mostly raw foods and cuts down on all the oils and fats that are added in the cooking process
