When ever I feel hungry and it isn't time for a meal or snack, I drink a glass of water. Most of the time the water is actually what I needed not the food. If the water doesn't eliminate the hunger pangs, I'll eat a piece of fruit but the water usually works.

I just wanted to share that will trying to lose weight, a few things helped me. I changed my diet and stopped eating meat..i reduced sugars because i love sweets!! I ordered the water dispensers for my home with helped me drink cold great water daily...and i used makeup!
