if I wake up early instead of laying in bed I get up and do some exercise I get my exercise in, and feel a lot better than if I just laid in bed until I have to get up. If I stay in bed then I also need to make sure I do get me exercise in!

    I find that I have more energy through out the day when I workout in the morning!!

    I do the same thing and feel very energized during the day and I feel like I don't want to leave the gym. I try to get the most out of the work outs.
