Finding a buddy who is going through some of the same struggles you are can be of benefit. If you are having trouble keeping up with exercise, check in with a friend who will help keep you accountable. Or better yet, find someone with whom you can exercise.

If you are having trouble staying within your calories, make a goal with a friend who is exepriencing the same and check in with each other daily. Set a goal of accountability with that friend. You don't want to let them down, and you shouldn't let yourself down. Plan a reward for meeting it
