Add a Tbsp of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to 2 cups of warm water in the morning. It helps to regulate your blood-sugar, decrease your appetite, and keep you regular. It's a good replacement for coffee as a diuretic.

You can also add cinnamon (this also regulates blood sugar and helps with memory) and local honey to help fight allergies.

    Use apple cider that still has the mother in it. Find it at grocery stores or health food stores; It has more of the good stuff in it.
