At the top of every hour stop do 25 sit ups and 25 push ups. If you can't do a real push up do the modified ones. This will not only get you into doing some exercise every day but it will also help you to increase the amount of push ups and sit ups you can do. Also helps to add stuff to your Fitness calculator.

Get others involved to keep up exercise all day long!
Get those around you during the day (friends, co-workers) to get on board and motivate each other for simple exercise!
At my office at the top of the hour every hour we all get down and do 25 pushups or 25 scrunches switching every hour. We all motivate each other and get that extra little work out in! This keeps up our metabolism through the day and helps with weight loss a ton!
ok...although..I don't think i've kept it a secret...I cook a lot of spicy foods to rev up my metabolism and I eat a grapefruit every night and eat a lot of avacados...I am convinced that doing this is helping me lose weight....
I also eat an english muffin with peanut butter and bananas on top most every day....
