I have 5 of those big plastic 32oz water mugs you get from the hospital and keep one in each room I spend any amount of time in to make sure I'm always reminded to drink and have plenty to drink. Doing this helps me exceed my water goal each day, thus helping me lose weight and be healthier.!

Scrub a nice big lemon up the night before, and cut it into 8 wedges. Put it in a storage bag in the refrigerator for the next day. Use one wedge for each 8oz of water you drink; you'll have extra flavor and a visual reminder of how well you are doing with your daily water intake! 194
