    I also read in Self or Shape that you can slather on shea butter lotion on your feet put on your socks and tennis shoes then walk on the treadmill for a half hour. This will help slough off the dead skin.

    emoticon You made me laugh!! So true! I've lost a bunch, but had hip surgery and still can't do my own. Had my first pedi a month ago and loved it, but look forward to doing my own again...someday. :)

    This is so true. When I gained weight I couldn't reach my toes any more...not finished with losing but I'm happy to be able to take care of my own feet again. I do love the way they look after a pedcure!

    I have never had a pedicure so I must try that first then do it myself. But first I just want to tie my shoes with bow in the middle not on the side.lol
