A long time ago I realized that if I am trying to be, do or achieve, there is two real truths. 1 Either do it or don't do it & 2 Either way the time will pass. If I DO IT (lose weight), in one year I will be healthy. If I don't do it, in one year I will NOT be healty. Either way, time will pass!
So, if the precious time will pass anyway, then make like NIKE and
.. just do it NOW! Don´t wait for that Monday or "perfect" time after that specific party. Now is the time! Go out to the kitchen and clear out all bad foods right away and instead of sitting here right now, just put your trainers on and take a walk, no matter how short!
You´ve got to learn to eat wisely during parties and weekends anyway, so you might as well just learn right away!
Don't let the time that it takes to do something keep you from doing it!
So often things and goals are put off because of the fact of how long it will take to accomplish it... "That's going to take forever!" Well... that may be, or it might feel like it, but don't let time deter you.
