To keep track of my measurements (for me I am only watching my waist measurement) I use a piece of pretty colored ribbon which I then hang somewhere that I see it everyday (mine is draped over my computer screen). I can easily grab it and wrap it around my waist to check my progress and/or to hold off a 'craving'. Its a great reminder to stay focused and on track!
An extra or alternative step would be to cut another length of ribbon that is your goal measurement & hang it nearby to check your progress and keep you motivated! You could also cut off the extra piece of ribbon after each measurement & hang those pieces to see your progress.
